☐ Flooring firm, no soft spots or sagging
☐ Cupboards/storage free from mould, damp, musty smells
☐ Hinges, latches, shelving functional
☐ Appliances working: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, water heater, AC/Heating
☐ Plumbing functional: taps, shower, toilet, water flow
☐ Electrical: battery charge, 12V & 240V, solar panels, lights, outlets working
☐ Upholstery, mattresses, curtains, blinds in good condition
☐ Roof hatches & vents seal and operate correctly
